The last time I even completed the extra hideout (Solomon's Folly) and still it does not give me the outfit. I know you have to complete it within 24 (ingame) hours. WebModels and textures for John and in its current version adds some of his NPC clothes and fixes a few other things about him like his hair and I have two other mods by the same author of the John restoration that retexture his stubble to look more like rdr1 and retexture the vest itself to look like rdr1
