WebHOPE – Zell Miller A state program for residents of Georgia, the Zell Miller Scholarship provides support to students who graduate from high school with a minimum 3.7 GPA and minimum standardized test scores of 1200 SAT (CR+M) or 26 ACT. Other State Grants Residents of states other than Georgia may be eligible for grants from their home state.
